Star Wars models for DAZ
Images of available Star Wars models for your 3D rendering. Note that these are not downloads but, where possible, download links will be on the pages. Some are hi-res characters and clothing for G8 and G3 models, some are simple objects such as vehicles. I'm hoping this will be a fairly exhaustive look at both free and premium models available for Star Wars fans.

Description
I, Pad - the adventures of a sentient landing pad.
Making a landing pad for my retro 70s spaceship. Gerry Anderson and Space: 1999 inspired, obviously. I'm thinking the central bit of the pad rotates to line the lander's airlock up with the gantry, and the gantry raises or lowers so that it's extendable gangway lines up with the airlock.
Although that might not be complicated enough. There should be hydraulic collapsible palm trees or something too.

If your spacecraft is anything like what was implied in Space: 1999, that your pseudo-Eagle is probably an anti-gravity-propelled ship. In my mind, the launch/landing pad facility would not need to be an "arm's length" construct because it really isn't launching fiery chemical rockets. So the reception area/airlock and the subsurface hangar/bunker would all be much more substantial.
